Reiki is a universal life force energy that assists in opening the body to healing. I experienced this first hand and have seen multiple physical changes in my body ever since my first session. This motivated me to become certified and continue to practice Reiki on myself and others.

This is a one hour one-on-one virtual meeting consisting of discussion and Reiki energy healing. All sessions are via video chat over Google Meet (Link will be provided. No account or app is needed).

For the session, do your best to get set up in a comfortable setting with as little distraction as possible. You can sit or lay down during the session. Other than that, the only requirement is to have an open mind!
