I received my first Reiki session in October of 2022, which opened my eyes to this loving energy. I later received a more in depth session on November 10, 2022 that allowed me to uncover a repressed memory, leading to a Kundalini awakening and a 5 day flow of unconditional love that I had never experienced before. On that fifth day, mucus started being released from my gut and continued practically every day through the end of 2024. It has slowed down in 2025, but still occurs every once in a while. I strongly believe I am in a regeneration/rebuilding phase of my healing now, and have evidence to support that (specific to Type 1 Diabetes, I have blood tests showing that I am producing my own insulin once again).
